I am a caring professional who strives to see each person as their whole self – mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I draw upon a deep understanding of how identity, difference, justice, and empowerment affect an individual’s mental and behavioral health. I can help you navigate through issues centered around work, relationships, trauma, and addiction.
In my work, I strive to be person-centered and create a safe and welcoming environment for you to work towards their goals. I believe therapy can help you gain a clearer understanding of yourself while providing you with tools to help manage your life more successfully.
I am a graduate of Adler University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and have extensive experience working with emerging adults at various public and private universities throughout the country as a student affairs professional. I believe therapy can help individuals identify unhealthy patterns and adopt positive changes in all aspects of their lives.
