Finding a therapist can be really hard work, so I applaud you for looking at this page right now! I’m a quirky and humorous LCPC and I’d love to help with whatever you’re bringing to therapy. I specialize in OCD and anxiety, and I enjoy working with all letters of the LGBT+ community. I strive to provide trans-affirming care. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to bring whatever you’ve got going on, help you make sense of it, and learn how to cope.

You don’t have to have a certain treatment modality in mind, but if you’re curious, my approach is integrative. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we will decide what approach fits you best and tailor treatment to meet your needs. You get the final say in what will work for you.

Therapy is hard work, but the results can be so worth it. I would be happy to work with you with all the validation, respect, and humor you need for your unique concerns. Reach out by email or phone when you’re ready.
